The Gearless motor does not require any type of lubrication as there is no gear reducer and therefore less maintenance and produces a very low impact on the environment, thanks to the absence of lubricating oils. Less heat increases and therefore greater electrical efficiency than an equivalent AC motor. Furthermore, the windings on the stator easily dissipate the heat generated and allow the construction of motors with reduced dimensions.
